Management
Paz Diamant - Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Mr. Diamant founded ForexManage together with Shmuel Norman in 1998. Prior to founding ForexManage, Mr. Diamant spent several years as a foreign exchange trader and head of a FX dealing room, during which he identified a market need for more effective trading and risk management solutions. Utilizing his hands-on trading experience and academic background, Mr. Diamant established ForexManage with the aim of improving efficiencies and increasing the profitability of FX dealing rooms.
Mr. Diamant has a BSc in Physics from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and an MBA, specializing in Finance (financial derivatives math), from Bar Ilan University.
Shmuel Norman - Consultant and Founder
Mr. Norman is a co-founder of ForexManage together with Paz Diamant. Mr. Norman has extensive hands-on and academic background in FX trading and the financial markets. In the past he traded FX and headed a private FX dealing room. He has also served as CFO of leading corporations. In addition to his trading experience, Mr. Norman was a lecturer of macro-economics in the Economics Department at Bar Ilan University.
Mr. Norman has a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Bar Ilan University and a PhD in Economics from London University.
Ronen Paz - VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Paz joined ForexManage as VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development in 2008. Mr. Paz has extensive experience in marketing, sales and business development. Prior to joining ForexManage Mr. Paz served in several key senior positions at Comverse, a leading NASDAQ 100 corporation. These included Senior Director of Product Marketing and Business Development for Comverse's Mobile Internet Solutions division. In this position, Mr. Paz was responsible for business development activities and building alliances with third-party vendors, as well as leading pre-sale and sales processes, product strategy and positioning, new product gating and marketing communications. As Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Mr. Paz was responsible for dealing with mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, strategy, and other wide-ranging strategic issues.
Before joining Comverse, Mr. Paz was CFO of Netline Communication Technologies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Paz served as assistant to the senior vice president at Israel Discount Bank, Israel's third largest bank.
Mr. Paz's education includes an MBA and LLB, cum laude, from Bar Ilan University. He has also studied software engineering and computer communications at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
Declan Agnew - Sales & Marketing Manager, Europe
Mr. Agnew joined ForexManage in 2006 as Sales & Marketing Manger, Europe. Mr. Agnew has extensive experience in the financial services. He began his career in Dublin where he spent several years in money market trading and broking. Since then, Mr. Agnew has acquired more that 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience in real-time market data management and trading systems with a number of organizations including Reuters, IQ Financial Systems, mpct Solutions and Arcontech.
Pinchas Krisher - Head of R&D
Mr. Krisher is Head of R&D at ForexManage. He joined the company in 2000. Prior to his present position, Mr. Krisher worked as a senior developer at Tadiran Information Services where he was responsible for the company's billing and inventory platforms. Mr. Krisher continued in this position after Tadiran was acquired by IBM and the company became IBM Global Services.
Mr. Krisher holds a BA in Sociology and Anthropology and an MA in Organizational Sociology, all from Bar Ilan University.
Dudi Krisher - Head of QA and Global Support
Mr. Krisher has been with ForexManage since 2003 when he joined the company's QA team. Since then he has held several positions in different groups, among them account manager and R&D developer. Mr. Krisher was instrumental in setting up the company's international support infrastructure and was appointed to his current position of QA and Global Support Manager in 2006.
Mr. Krisher holds a BSc in Computer Science and Biology, and a BA in Psychology, all from Bar Ilan University.
Asher Zwebner - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Zwebner joined ForexManage as CFO in 2002. He is a certified public accountant (USA) with extensive experience in corporate finance, and has held positions at international accounting firms including Richard Eisner and Company CPA (NY) and Ernst and Young. Prior to joining ForexManage, Mr. Zwebner was CFO of Britannica.com USA.
Mr. Zwebner has a BSc in Finance and Economics from Touro College NY. CPA (USA).
Idan Bauer - CTO
Mr. Bauer is CTO at ForexManage. He join the company on 2005 as a developer and integration specialist. He later became the company’s technology adviser and the software architect of the company. On 2008 he was appointed the CTO of the company and has been leading the technology in the company ever since. His responsibilities include overseeing the technical development of the various company products, maintain the real-time rates and trade service, and managing the company’s IT infrastructure and staff. Mr. Bauer has a BBA degree in information system from Baruch University. Pervious to ForexManage he worked as an independent technology consultant.
